Zaad to Divest in Nuvance

We are pleased to announce that we concluded a transaction with Dutch-based company BEJO and we are divesting our entire shareholding in Nuvance.
Despite this transaction, Zaad remains deeply invested in the vegetable seed business across the East African, European and SADC regions through our subsidiaries: Hygrotech, Bakker Brothers, African Seeds Group, ZAR Seed Production as well as our investments in Mozambique, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
We continue to actively market and support our range of brands in SADC, including K2, Afrigro, Hygrotech, Bakker, Monarch and Top Harvest.
