Zaad was established 8 years ago with a single investment in a local seed company. Today we are the proud owners of a multinational portfolio of companies - with our products and services present in over 90 countries.
We believe that, with the growth in our portfolio in the agri-inputs industry across Africa, Europe and other emerging international markets, our new updated brand better reflects our identity, culture and strategy for the future.
Our new brand will serve as a recognisable image for investors - reflecting our position as a proudly South African multinational agri-investment company.
The ‘Z’ design links our brand to the industry in which we invest through the ‘contoured field’ design and green colour – both representing a newly planted field.
The blue arrow incorporated in the ‘Z’ design represents growth – both for our investors and the customers using our products.
With this re-branding we are also proud to announce our new website – www.zaad.co.za – which contains more information on the company, our subsidiaries and our leadership.
